Nicole Serena has worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 28 years. She is the Senior Managing Director, PSP Solutions™, a division of Waldron & Associates. She has over 12 years of experience in Patient Access and has consulted with over 25 Pharmaceutical Manufacturers assisting with their Patient Support Programs. She is a recognized author and speaker and has presented at Patient Access conferences within the USA and Canada over the past 8 years. Nicole has co-authored 3 courses for the Council of the Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (CCPE), including the popular course “Introduction to Patient Support Programs” and a series of Whitepapers during the COVID-19 pandemic focusing on the Healthcare Industry. She is an expert at designing, managing, and troubleshooting Patient Support Programs.
With over 35 years’ experience in the healthcare industry; including 23 years at a VP level, Norine brings a wealth of nursing, clinical, operational and regulatory expertise to her role. Norine is a Registered Nurse by profession and has led healthcare businesses in both the public and private sector. Prior to her retirement Norine worked at McKesson Canada leading first the Specialty Division and then most recently, the INVIVA Clinic business.
Norine is passionate about developing and leading people, as well as building high performing teams. Norine’s strengths include having executive presence, being a strategic thinking, developing services with clinical and operational excellence and having expert knowledge related to compliance in healthcare.
Daanyaal Bandukwala has worked in various areas & roles in the pharmaceutical industry. These roles include sales, patient access, trade relations/distribution & marketing. He has experience in different therapeutic areas - Rare Disease/Speciality medicine, Ophthalmology, Oncology & MS allowing for a unique perspective. Most recently, Daanyaal was a marketing lead in the ophthalmology Anti-VEGF space.
He led Strategic/marketing/tactical/financial plans for multiple indications. In addition to this, he was the ophthalmology franchise lead for new product launch/pipeline planning, loss of exclusivity/biosimilar & competitive strategy. Daanyaal is the most recent addition to the PSP Consult™ team and is the Founder & Managing Director of Next Vision Healthcare Consulting – which focuses on advisory for product launch, lifecycle management/LOE, strategic/tactical planning and competitive strategy.

Charlotte, our Program & Social Media Manager, supports the planning, logistics, implementation, and ongoing development of our growing list of PSP Learning Institute™ course offerings including, but not limited to, PSP Certify™, PSP Masters™, and PSP Providers™. She also supports our PSP Basics™ and monthly PSP Inner Circle™ programs. Charlotte manages and creates content for social media and contributes to the company's marketing strategy. Her past entrepreneurial experiences as an E-Commerce Coordinator and a small business marketer are a great asset to our team.
Leighann started her career in the service industry, customer focus has always been an important part of Leighann’s work ethic. Working in a partnership Leighann was able to establish one of the largest wedding planning and event locations in the Peel area. Leighann went on the enter the corporate world having worked in both the not for profit and for-profit communities. Having spent her last decade working for three of the largest European employers in their Canadian operations in senior support roles working directly with C level executive management both in Canada and Europe.
Having recently completed her coursework component of the Master of Management of Applied Science program at Western University, Alana is thrilled to be joining Waldron & Associates as a Project Coordinator for her internship. Alana currently holds an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Certificate in Ethics, and will graduate in the fall with her master's degree in management.
With her strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills, Alana can creatively solve interdisciplinary problems at the intersection of science and business. Alana is known for her meticulous attention to detail and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills. She is passionate about incorporating patient advocacy initiatives into project management processes to inform strategic decision-making.
