She is a recognized author and speaker and has presented at Patient Access conferences within the USA and Canada over the past 8 years. Nicole has co-authored 3 courses for the Council of the Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (CCPE), including the popular course “Introduction to Patient Support Programs” and a series of Whitepapers during the COVID-19 pandemic focusing on the Healthcare Industry. She is an expert at designing, managing, and troubleshooting Patient Support Programs.
